El proceso de integración latinoamericana posee una nueva perspectiva en la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y es el objetivo de esta investigación analizar su importancia jurídica y sus implicaciones teóricas e históricas. Utilizando la hermenéutica jurídica, se concluye que la nación venezolana ha intensificado las acciones para consolidar la integración latinoamericana con la finalidad de lograr los objetivos comunes propuestos en la región, ello a través de pactos, convenios y acuerdos que originan normas supranacionales. Además, la participación consciente en la globalización y la consolidación de naciones organizadas con pleno conocimiento de su papel fundamental en el mundo actual, tiene en Venezuela el respaldo jurídico necesario, lo cual representa un avance significativo en el
constitucionalismo venezolano y es el soporte de un ulterior derecho comunitario.

historical implications. Using the legal interpretation, one concludes that the Venezuela nation has intensified the actions
to consolidate Latin American integration with the purpose of obtaining the proposed objectives common in the region, through pacts, agreements and treaties that originate supranational norms. Also, the conscious participation in the globalization and the consolidation of nations organized with total knowledge of its fundamental paper in the present world, have in Venezuela necessary the legal endorsement, which represents a significant advance in the Venezuelan
constitutionalism and is the later support of a Communitarian Right.
